Gus Garcia had been working for the city of San Diego in the utilities department when he decided to branch out and start Home and Business Electrical. Starting in Julian he grew the business and earned the reputation of one of the best local contractors in the area. This reputation allowed him to expand into the rest of San Diego county and expand his services along the way.

Today Gus and his son Jesse operate the business throughout all of San Diego county from Julian to Oceanside and down into San Diego proper.
